As COVID-19 is on the minds of many, Shuttle Me Five Star Transportation has been monitoring the situation both locally and globally. We are a proactive company with a business infrastructure, scale and model that allows us to adapt to many unknowns. Our top priority is the health and well-being of everyone, guests and staff alike. We will follow and maintain the the COVID-19 state policy guidelines which include maintaining social distancing, and providing and wearing masks to insure that all guests feel confident and safe.
These include the conducting of a meticulous cleaning of the vehicle interior following each tour and ride. Also, all printed and reading materials will be removed from the seat-back pockets, along with anything not individually packaged or sealed, such as water or other beverages. All sharing of any physical materials between passengers and drivers will be limited and payment for tours will be handled on the phone to limit handling of credit cards or cash between the guest and the guide.
